Comes like most flags do..with 2 metal grommets to hang it from. This is a single sided printing, for a very low price of 14.99. Its a 90% penetration thru the other side of the flag...meaning its the same colors on both sides, but one side is 10% lighter than the other side. It looks good the way it is...but if you want it to be a double 100% printing..the total cost will be $19.99. The printing on these flags is flawless & very beautiful, and so is the sewing. They are very well made flags, that we get directly from the factory at where they're made.
