2. Please make sure look at all the product pictures. The product pictures are shown in little thumbnail pictures, to the right of the main product picture. On some phones, if you can't see the thumbnail selections of the different product pictures..then you will have to swipe your finger across the main product picture, from right to left, to be able to see all the product pictures. But on most phones you will be able to see the thumbnail selections of pictures, and you can definitely see them on a laptop or desktop computer.

Then you can go thru the drop-down list and click on each option, and it will show you a product picture of that selection, so you know which one you are getting, since some of them are just labelled as letters & numbers. But make sure you look behind your toilet and see a hookup for this bidet/water sprayer.
